Since 1988, Riverland Homes has been providing the finest in custom new home and remodel construction, creating many of the most distinctive homes in the Portland area. Riverland has the skill and flexibility to take on projects of all sizes and shapes.
Our goal is a successful project and a satisfied customer. Onsite management is done by highly experienced, well paid managers and the company principals. Unlike many other operations, our owners are hands on managers of every project. We do not do a lot of homes but the ones we do result in happy home owners. We define a successful project as a balance of BEAUTY, QUALITY, BUDGET AND TIME. We believe that all components regardless of price should be assembled with the highest level of craftsmanship. We also treat our customers as lifelong clients and have worked with many for decades to help them maintain and upgrade their homes as needed, many becoming repeat customers.
