This home, designed by Curt Olson of Olson Group Architects, was constructed on acreage at the Willamette River. The client liked much of the detailing from our recent Dunthorpe project, with a cleaner less eclectic sensibility. The owner worked with Riverland on the exterior detailing and Joelle Jarvis of Rhonda Divers Interiors on the interior design.  It included a basement, a second detached garage, and a horse barn as part of the project. The project was completed in 15 months.
